I just got a mail by a woman well over

40 who claimed that vegetarianism has

made her teeth weak.

“ Haloooo … “

So I decided to kill a few urban legends

“right here” so I hope I don’t need to

hear such idiotic nonsense further.

It doesn’t take much to ask :

Can humans live on "meat only" like a lion

and still be healthy?

- Nope !

Or...

Can a human live as a "vegetairian only"

and eat like a monkey and stillbe healthy?

- Yes!

Now that the basics of this matter is

establishedId like to get to the matter of

the teeth.

How comes that so many vegetairian

athletsand super stars can manage

and have exelent teeth ?

Well I called up my dentist to see this

matter head on...

while talking to my dentist he told me

that no matter what most healthy

persons with good teeth start to get

trouble after the age of 40 no matter

how well or bad they eat as age

doesn’t come alone.

(as he kindly named it)

Then I called up my private MD who

said that anyone practicing any special

diet without a program or instructor is

a self help fanatic who get payed by

ill health rather sooner than later.

That was maybe the best medical

answer as I meet may meat mongers

claim that fish cure bad teeth .

Thats so funny as I have lived on Iceland

where fish is eaten mostly and there the

dentists are as busy as in US.

Some still talk about B and D vitamins

missing but anyone who knows how to

live as a vegetarian knows how to

make this a urban legend., made up

for people who need a reason not

to be vegetarians.

Here below is a list of famous vegetarians

out of who Leonardo da Vinci was one of

the most classic ones this list contains all

from a President to Body builders and

professional athletes so that the no

sayers cant deny this as they traditionally

try to say one cant do sport , as a

vegetairian. The list here proves all

the contrary !

Eating fried food may not be bad for the heart,

as long as you use olive or sunflower oil to

make it, experts say.

They found no heightened risk of heart disease

or premature death linked to food that had

been cooked in this way.

But the investigators stress that their findings,

from studying the typical Spanish diet in

which these "healthy" oils are found in

abundance, do not apply to lard or other

cooking oils.

In an accompanying editorial, Professor

Michael Leitzmann from the University

of Regensburg in Germany said:

"Taken together, the myth that frying

food is generally bad for the heart is not

supported by available evidence.

"The study suggests that specific aspects

of frying food are relevant, such as the oil

used, together with other aspects of the diet."

Mediterranean diets have long been hailed

as healthy, being packed full of low-fat,

high-fibre fresh fruits and vegetables.

And numerous studies have shown a

balanced diet such as this can cut the risk

of illnesses like cancer and heart disease.

A senior heart health dietitian at the

British Heart Foundation, said:

"Before we all reach for the frying pan,

it's important to remember that this was a

study of a Mediterranean diet rather

than British one.

She continues...

Our (UK) diet in the UK will differ

from Spain, so we cannot say that this

result would be the same for us too.

In other simpler word : British cooking

might be unhealthy.

It doesn't take a genius or a scientist to

understand that Humus or salad is more

healthy than Bangers &mash or Bacon.

Tom Satre told the Sitka Gazette that he was out

with a charter group on his 62-foot fishing vessel

when four juvenile black-tailed deer swam directly

toward his boat.

Once the deer reached the boat, the four began

to circle the boat, looking directly at them.

They could tell right away that the young bucks

were distressed.

They opened up their back gate and helped the

typically skittish and absolutely wild animals

onto the boat.

Once on-board, they collapsed with exhaustion,

shivering.

They headed for Taku Harbour. Once they

reached the dock, the first buck that had been

pulled from the water hopped onto the dock,

looked back as if to say 'thank you' and

disappeared into the forest.”

After a bit of prodding and assistance, two

more followed, but the smallest deer needed

a little more help (that’s him in the wheelbarrow).

Satre's daughter, Anna, and son, Tim, helped

the last buck to its feet.

They didn't know how long they had been in

the icy waters or if there had been others who

did not survive.

His daughter later told him that the experience

was something that she would never forget,

and Tom told the Sitka Gazette he assume

the deer felt the same way.

In a video of The Warriors of Goja,

"The Ultimate Talent Show" has

gone viral, to the shocked

amusement of viewers who can

stand to watch these men chew

glass, smash bricks and cement

blocks into each other's skulls,

and run each over with cars….

The judges of the South Indian

televised talent show appear

absolutely terrified…

No one dies or even appears

to be seriously injured.

The bloodied Warriors of Goja

rupees for their efforts, which

A brief introduction:

Shillong, India ( is the capital of Meghalaya,

one of the smallest states in India and home

to the Khasis.

It is also the headquarters of the East Khasi

Hills district and is situated at an average

altitude of 4,908 feet (1,496 m) above sea

level, with the highest point being Shillong

Peak at 6,449 feet (1,966 m).

Shillong has steadily grown in size and

significance since it was made the civil

station of the Khasi and Jaintia Hills in

1864 by the British. In 1874, on the

formation of Assam as a Chief

Commissioner's Province, it was

chosen as the headquarters of the

new administration because of its

convenient location between the

Brahmaputra and Surma valleys and

more so because the climate of Shillong

was much cooler than tropical India.

Shillong remained the capital of undivided

Assam until the creation of the new state

of Meghalaya on January 21, 1972, when

Shillong became the capital of Meghalaya

and Assam moved its capital to Dispur

in Guwahati.

Yea sure, but whats wrong with that ?

Does ABC really think jeans and coffee

that could actually produce our vehicle,"

the car company's founder and namesake told

Henrik Fisker said the U.S. money has been spent

on engineering and design work that stayed in

the U.S., not on the 500 manufacturing jobs

that went to a rural Finnish firm,

Valmet Automotive.

"We're not in the business of failing; we're

in the business of winning.

So we make the right decision for the

business," Fisker said. "That's why we

went to Finland."

The loan to Fisker is part of a $1 billion bet the

Energy Department has made in two politically

connected California-based electric carmakers

producing sporty -- and pricey -- cutting-edge

autos. Fisker Automotive, backed by a

powerhouse venture capital firm whose

partners include former Vice President Al Gore,

predicts it will eventually be churning out tens

of thousands of electric sports sedans at the

shuttered GM factory it bought in Delaware.

And Tesla Motors, whose prime backers

include PayPal mogul Elon Musk and

Google co-founders Larry Page and

Sergey Brin, says it will do the same in

a massive facility tooling up in

Silicon Valley.

Center for Public Integrity's iWatch News

that will air on "Good Morning America"

found that the DOE's bet carries risks for

taxpayers, has raised concern among

US guitar maker Gibson is facing

a criminal probe over claims it broke

environmental laws while

importing wood.

So is music the next threat to

the world's forests ?

On 28 August federal agents raided Gibson's

Nashville and Memphis premises, seizing

shipments of Indian rosewood and leaving

the venerable guitar maker more than a

little off-key.

The agents brandished search warrants

issued amid suspicions that Gibson had

violated the terms of the Lacey Act, an

environmental law that requires imports

to the US to comply with laws in the

country of origin as well.

It was the second raid on Gibson since

the Lacey Act was amended in 2008.
